Elections for the Undergraduate Students Association Council is kicking into gear over the next two weeks, and so are we. Students announced their candidacies for USAC last week, and since then we have been busy compiling all of their information. In the paper for Monday, April 28, you will see profiles of the three presidential candidates as well as a list of all the candidates and their platform items.

All this is just the beginning, however. To provide our readers with a one-stop database of each of the 21 candidates, we are creating Web pages for each candidate that will include photos, related stories, video interviews, an audio statement and more detailed information about them and their platform items. You will, of course, also see continuing coverage as election season progresses. We’ll be keeping tabs on campaigning, debates and of course the big finale on May 8 when results are announced.
